The founder and owner of exxec, Andreas Vogel, has almost 30 years of professional experience as a Rechtsanwalt / Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht. He has also been admitted as a Solicitor (England and Wales) for many years.

 

Before founding exxec in mid-2016, he was a partner at the international law firm Ashurst LLP in Frankfurt am Main and Munich.

 

Since then, he has successfully advised a considerable number of lawyers (in particular partners and counsel or legal teams) on changing their law firm. Well-known national and international law firms rely on his experience and expertise in identifying and attracting top-class candidates.

With Vogel.Legal , Andreas Vogel continues to work as a specialist lawyer for labor law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht), in particular advising executives at banks, insurance companies and companies in all sectors. Via the arbitram platform, he advises conflict solutions as a mediator (Mediator) especially on employment-related internal disputes, as arbitrator (Schlichter) and as a chairman of arbitration boards (Einigungsstellenvorsitzender).
